SecD-Day promotes comprehensive security by producing information on current topics, products and services of the defence, security and aerospace industries. The event consists of a conference programme and an exhibition.

SecD-Day 2027 is organised together with the Finnish Defence and Aerospace Industries – PIA and Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre.

SecD-Day 2027 will have a larger space, but places are limited. The participation of companies that are not members of PIA will be curated before confirmation of participation.

Order exhibition space only and build your stand yourself, choose a ready-made stand or make use of our design and construction service.

The Helsinki Expo and Conference Centre is responsible for the sale of exhibition spaces, marketing and practical arrangements for the event.

Terms of participation

The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of The Finnish Fair Corporation and terms of participation.

  • Participation will be invoiced before the show, due date 2.12.2026.
  • Structures above the standard height of 250 cm are considered advertising space and will be charged at least €450.
  • Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50 % of the space rental.
  • Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, registration fee 700 € is charged from all exhibitors. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
  • An extra charge of 25€ per invoice is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the exhibition space is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
  • All prices are subject to applicable VAT.
  • Please place your orders early, as prices go up before the event.

Please note the following points regarding the stand programme:

  • All stand programs and related activities must take place within the stand area.
  • The volume limit in the stand is 75 db.
  • To ensure the safety of visitors, it is important that activities in the stand – such as throwing objects – do not harm anyone.
